 Reporting to the Sales Manager, Rhonda will be responsible for origination of residential mortgage loans. She is pleased and offered these comments;

 I accepted this position because it is commissioned (growth), a new experience and the company appears to have mentoring management, unusual at this time. My sources showed too that it is and has been a very ethical company in the industry. It is also ideal in that the challenge does not require more suits, reams of expense reports, four door auto, portable electronics or overnight travel, all of which I was trying to avoid and still have a money making, interesting, consultative sales position.

 The firm is also highly automated, so typing is not a big deal for a disabled typist. Reporting is there, but minimal, allowing time to sell. I hope I make a fortune at this, because I enjoy the work. Should have been here ten years ago. Obstacles were age, unemployment, lack of business contacts from being in one spot too long, no family near, and a disability (you never know how someone will react, especially in sales, to someone with only half of a left hand!) Nothing bothered Gregg, he just kept encouraging me!

 ITS marketing manager Gregg dropped a mailing with a resume style letter that landed on the desks of decision makers who appreciate my kind of work ethic. Gregg has experience that reminded me of having coffee over the Wall Street Journal with business associates in the past. A partnership. Same goal. Trust.

 An operations manager here gave the letter to his second in command and it was evident, in spite of my reservations about the mortgage market then and now, that they wanted me very badly.
